Cover Practitioner Diary allows you to schedule automated SMS messages to patients in order to reschedule their appointments in the event that a particular practitioner cannot attend the clinic.

To get started, head to Outbound > Cover Practitioner Dairy.

Firstly, select the practitioner who is unable to attend the clinic, along with the time frame for which they are unable to attend.

You can then click Preview patients, where you will be shown a list of the affected patients. You can customise the SMS message that is sent to fit the circumstances of the practitioner’s unavailability.

Once you’re ready, click Send to X patients.
