Review Requests

Review Requests allow you to schedule automated SMS messages to patients, requesting a review via an external review platform, such as Google or Trustpilot.

To get started, head to Outbound > Create Automatic Instance > Review Requests.

Firstly, you can customise the message text that is sent to patients, as well as adding the external link to your review platform. You can then select the window of time during the day in which SMS messages will send.

Next, select which variable will trigger your patients to receive a review request SMS along with the number of days after which the SMS is sent.

Attendance to a Particular Appointment Type

If you select this variable, you can then configure which appointment types will trigger the review requests to be sent to patients, once attended.

Attendance to the Clinic a Certain Number of Times

If you select this variable, you can then choose how many appointment attendances will trigger the review requests to be sent to patients.
