PracSuite Integration

Enable Online Bookings

The first step is to ensure that your online bookings are enabled in PracSuite, for locations, practitioners and appointment types. If you haven’t already set this up, check out PracSuite’s in-depth guide for enabling online bookings.

Generate API Key

In order to generate an API key, open your PracSuite portal and head to Settings > Integrations > API. You will first need to toggle the Enable API Integrations switch, and then click + Add.

Give your new API key a name, and then ensure that the following permissions are enabled to their respective access levels:

• Appointment Data > Write

• Patient Data > Write

• Financial Data > Read

• System Data > Read

You can then click save and copy your API key.

Create account on BookedSolid

Now that your PracSuite account is ready, you can head over to the BookedSolid Signup Page where you can begin entering your details. Make sure to choose PracSuite when you reach the dropdown titled Which Software Do You Use?

Onboard and Provision a Number

Once you enter the platform for the first time, you’ll be prompted to follow an onboarding flow. This flow will first require you to enter the API key you created earlier in PracSuite, as well as filling out a short form in order to provision an AI phone number.

The team will then prepare that AI number for you and notify you once it’s been deployed to your account.

Assign Appointment Types to Practitioners

The final step is to assign each of your appointment types to the correct practitioners that offer those appointments, as this information is not pulled automatically via the PracSuite integration.

You can do this by heading to Clinic Setup > Appointment Types and checking the relevant practitioner boxes underneath each appointment type. Remember to click save once you’re done.
